What Do I Offer!

Last week someone was given the choice of knowing the spiritual and getting the right answers in a very slow and tedious way or a quick fix solution for her issues and you have guessed it right...she opted for the quick fix!

Spiritual does not offer any wham bam thank you ma'am solutions.

Even the Gods have to wait for eternity till they can get to the ultimate goal in their being so what about humans who have no patience for anything at all?

Let us say you have a problem with finding a spouse, a job, a change in life or whatever that is troubling you, I am sure you need a quick fix for your issue.

Hence these great people who can tell you how to go about doing some vedic pooja or wearing some talisman or going to some weird temple works for you. Your answers are right in front of your nose so it works for your life. Just like someone asked me for a transfer in his job and got it. I never heard from him again since he got what he wanted. But what about the spiritual growth? That was not his demand so why bother so much. He knew that there are things that happen when they relate them here but when someone comes with worldly demand, I cannot offer them any other except that. Though it comes with a rider which states that you will get into a karmic loop for that. They agree to it since they need the solution instantly. But when there is a need for spiritual fix, hardly anyone survives. One in a million actually needs that.

This fix is called knowing the Self, going towards realization, knowing God or meeting Him, becoming the Brahma gyani and so on. What does it offer to you if you achieve it? Believe me-Nothing at all in this material world! No riches, fame, notoriety or front page articles, no special place near the dais when God speaks out or any other benefits which you can gauge about. There is nothing to gain at all by knowing the spiritual.

It is not about prayers or seeing God all the time. It is about living the life you did even before you got there. Just that you can see it right through but would do nothing about making any change in it. There will be earthquakes like before but now you will no longer be giving out sighs or feeling bad about the victims. There will be market crashes or your fortune may be lost and yet it will be not affecting you like before. Your son may die or your girlfriend may dump you, yet that would not change your life. You just go on as if it is just another of those passing scenes when we travel by train. That really does not affect you at all. You cry when you have to, laugh when you have to, feel sad when you need to, yet there are no puncture holes in the heart or you loose your cool.

So when in spiritual, you just live like any other person but will never be moved by earth shattering incidences or feel elated when you are praised.

So do you need a quick fix or do you need a not so important benefit in life?

I know I am not selling you that spiritual hard enough since I know for sure you do need a quick fix so hail the quickies, cell phone and the Internet generation.The faster the better. Are there any rest that I may address now? If there are do let me know since it is like searching for a needle......
