Primer in Spiritual
The question which troubles everyone-what can we call as the primer or First Book of the spiritual? Some call it the Bible,the Koran,Bhagvad Gita and so on. Most of us have some of these great books at home and we haven't touched them except for a cursory glance or occasional read in leisure. They haven't made sense to us at all except when someone quotes them to us. Maybe at church,masjid or temples or when we have some poojas at home. Whatever the case might be the deeper meanings of these ancient texts have not percolated much in us. But the question would arise-why should we read them in detail at all now? There is a time and space when we have to read that you would say! Maybe when I get older and have nothing much to do.... So do you think that you will have time then or do you think you will survive till ripe old age and then have the stamina to read?
