Why Blame God?

I was hearing the rants of a person who was not getting what he wanted, even though he had asked or rather implored, prayed fervently for getting what he had asked for.
He squarely blamed the invisible God for ditching him in times of extreme needs.
Don't we all do the same every now and then when things that we ask for never come our way? We always find God at fault for not giving us what we deserve!
But the poor Guy is not at all in the loop to supply you your choicest goodies, since you are on your own. Let me explain some things here.
When we consider the actions our own and say that I did that or this is my own doing-like we say I studied hard for the examination, I worked hard for the promotion, I work my ass off for this seminar or presentation, or some such stuff and then we do not get the results that we had hoped for, we get the opportunity to blame that cool Dude!
Here you are actually saying that me and my big ego have put in all the efforts to get that deserving result and fruit of action. So where did God come into the picture, tell me that? You are individually putting in all the efforts and saying it that-I did it,then the universal laws of karma comes into play and you are no longer under the purview of that great One. Your karma has its own results depending upon your past actions.
So there is no need to blame Him at all.
Similarly when we think that you are doing all God's bidding without any egoistic bent and hoping that He fulfills your demands or needs, then you are still aiming for the results and that may never happen according to your wants or desires. Here you are aiming for the fruits of that action. Remember he has said not to bother about the fruits of your action, since they are never going to be in your hands.
So what is the correct method in this strange ways of God.
We have to do our bidding without keeping an eye on the end results.
We put the actions and the results at His feet and pray for His grace.
If he deems fit to give us the result in a particular way, He is surely going to do that which is right for us. So let us do what we got to do and move over to the next step which falls our way and never keep any eye on the results.
What has to be will be and carefully avoid the loops of karma by doing our swadharma!

But is it really possible. Like in our jobs we work hard to the best of our ability but still when the time for evaluation arrives, we may be ignored. The said promotion might not be given or the increase in pay. Now one might say that u did not deserve it but the pay increase might be actually needed. So in such a case the first reaction which a common man will do is to blame God, it is a natural reaction.

Of course it is natural for that person since they believe in it. But the moment the word 'we' or 'I' came into the picture, it stands out for the individual ego. I shall write some more in detail later. Thanks bbsearchingself for your comment.
