Krishna's Love

We were discussing about how every other God and saint gives what you ask for and how they go out of their way in fulfilling your smallest wish.

You go to Shirdi or Tirupati and ask for gifts, boons and release from afflictions and the patron saint or the God in attendance fulfils your deepest desires.

But when you ask Krishna you are in for a shock. He never gives you what you asked for but doles out some stuff in very small or minuscule quantity. You ask for 100 and He gives you 5 or less.

His ways are very strange and you often wonder when your wish will get completed.

Krishna takes away all that you have as well.

If you ask for money from Him, He will promptly take away even that little you have.

If you ask for peace of mind, he will give you more tensions than you could ask for.

He gives darshan to those who curse Him and are not at all friendly towards Him.

At such times you wonder if there is truly a God called Krishna.

How could someone give more problems when you are asking Him for relieving them from you?

You will surely get frustrated with His methods and ways of giving out relief.

When Draupadi asked for covering herself during the vastraharan, he never turned up till the last moment. Now think about your own life- haven't you waited till it was break point to actually see some miracle happen to you! When you thought your time is up or your life is not worth living for that He showed up in some very different form to appease you. You can never recognize Him anyway so you had given up on Him.

Now I shall answer you how He works with you.

This great God almighty called Krishna is the One called the Supreme Consciousness.

The only thing that you can ask from Him is liberation or reaching the Self.

He is the only One and the One alone.

When Draupadi asked for covering herself from being disrobed, she still clung to one end of the garment. Till she clung, the miracle never happened. But the moment she surrendered herself completely by leaving the end she clutched, the miracle happened. Here it means till our little ego is intact and we think that we can help God in saving ourselves, the sari never appears. But the moment we let go of that little ego and surrender completely and say that You are the only One and I do not have any percentage of this partnership, will He do what is necessary.

When we pray to Krishna for anything, He asks for complete surrender from you.

Know that this is not a partnership issue at all. He owns everything including you so being a Master His will only works. But till we show our little ego nothing happens. He wants complete sovereignty over you. So if you hold on to that little bit of insurance policy or safety factor, He will never interact with you.

But once you have completely surrendered and forsaken you identity will He do what He thinks is right for you. Not that which your little ego thinks is right for you!

He puts tremendous amounts of tests in front of you to see if your ego shows up.

Till you retain your individual ego He is never going to react with your needs.

He only tells you to give yourself up to His will. Let Him be the One who drives your chariot.

He gives you false beliefs that there are choices for you, but know His will alone works.

The moment we think we can decide something the onus of that decision rests alone on you and hence it converts itself into a karmic loop for us.

So let Him do what He thinks best for yourself. Surrender to His will alone.

Let Him do what He thinks is right for you.

Only then can you see Him in splendour and glory of His.

His love is divine which will make you go through toughest circumstances only to finally rest in His arms.

Such is Krishna's love.
