Story Of Faith-Part 2.

The timing was not right at all.
She had gone to Shirdi to meet the saint Saibaba but she was unable to move out from her room, which the saints had so graciously provided.
The rest of the family members went for the morning darshan and were sitting with the saint.
Saibaba was as usual in a state of very strange samadhi but he still spoke a few words.
There were a few who had the guts to go and approach Him but the rest were sitting in front of Him watching Him with full devotion.
They all had some problems to discus with Him but He sat quietly near His usual place next to the blazing fire.
The crowd maintained a strict distance from Him knowing fully well that there was hardly anything in the world that would not provoke Him and He would run after them with His baton or His expletives would follow.
She could not get out of the room since she was very much in her last few days of her pregnancy. She was expecting her 3rd child.
She had already lost two of them earlier due to some mishaps during child birth.
She prayed hard to the living saint for a bonny baby boy this time.
She asked His grace for having a safe delivery.
Her full term was to end the next month and she hoped that the child would be born on an auspicious day.
Suddenly the pain started to shoot in her body.
They came in short bursts and as the time passed they seemed to grow in cascading form.
There was no one around to check on her.
The pain increased terribly and she felt her insides taking a sharp twists and turns.
What was the baby up to?
She could not scream loudly since her pain became unbearable.
She called out to the saint of Shirdi with a lot of pain searing through her innards.
Suddenly she found herself looking at a mountainous feet approaching her stomach.
The feet crashed on to her womb with such a great thump that she buckled hard.
She felt as if someone was crushing her with all the might.
The feet were enormous in size and they seemed unearthly.
The pain suddenly disappeared as it had come and she opened her eyes to see who would be doing such a dastardly act.
She found no one around and she drifted off to sleep.
The pain left her and she was in complete stupor.
Some time later she could visit the saint with the rest of the group.
She looked at the saint from far and realized that He was looking at her and smiling.
She knew then that she had been blessed once again.
The above story is true and the lady was my grandmother who had the privilege of meeting the saint of Shirdi- Saibaba.
