Need For A higher Authority
My friend visited a Satsang organised by one of the local Gurus and found his teachings absolutely not workable. The Guru exorted the delegates to get up early in the morning,around 4am to do a round of breathing and yogic excercises. That was recomended for about an hour or two. He wondered how many of those hundred thousand delegates would do it so early in the morning.
Can most of the world citizens do that? Not possible would be the most favourite answer.
Similarly do you meet God by doing such rigourous excersises would be the next question.That would mean most of the guys who frequent the gyms or do the drills in school, cricket players etc would have met God by now.
So that would mean the Religion and spiritual world would be a domain of just a few. What would happen to the rest of the people. Would they go to hell or purgatory because they have not had the opportunity to do those things as required by the religious heads?Then where is salvation for the rest of the world who are not at all attuned to these acts.It is ironical that God our father who loves us like his children is not at all attuned to give salvation to the billions of his children.
Is salvation beyond anyones reach except those who sit in the mountains or talk of God whole day long?The Gurus wear ochre clothes and the ascetics visit the mountains at the drop of the hat.Even those guys do not have the guarantee of salvation!
Isn't it time someone showed the higher authority the methodology to attract the whole of the creation?Maybe have a religion where all are invited and no one is eliminated just because they cant get up early in the morning.
